I confirm them with the airline ticket with bassinet but airline company said it hasn't been reserved. You can imagine how you feel travelling with three kids and not getting a single bassinet. And sending money with them is the another big problem, they can tell you it will be done by next business day, but you have to chase them for a week. Now I am writing this review because my friend having same problem today with his money transfer.

Had third and last bad impression. Before also I gave negative review and the guy called, tried to intimidate my wife and eventually ask me to reconsider, but not again. This time, I called them, a lady pick up the phone and said she is on coffee break and will call after 15 min. 30 min gone, no call, so I called them back and another lady told me that she is still on break (well how good to have such a long break early in the morning). Eventually sorted out by half day but until now I have't got any confirmation about my transaction done in Sep 7. Buddha is far more good, timely response, proper communication and confirmation though the rate is little less.
