We have two properties currently managed by the team at Peter Leahy. We have been very impressed so far and appreciate their professional and very proactive approach. Where necessary, issues raised by our tenants are always promptly communicated to us by Peter Leahy's team That way we can act on them quickly to ensure tenants are always looked after.

I just moved to melbourne and needed a property quickly. The manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was in a property that was perfect for me within 2 days! Thank you so much

Gave the landlord the wrong details so I was denied a rental, then told me if I could provide new details I would be reconsidered. So I tried and then they told me they won't be contacting the landlord about my application again because they don't want to harm their reputation. Thoroughly incompetent.

As a tenant, emailing them tends to get no response until you start to escalate things. Have been told entirely different things from one of our tenants doesn't exist on the lease, and that they won't speak to the owner as they wouldn't want to ruin their reputation. Rented through several different agencies and far and away the worst...
