I've given up trying to shop here even though it's my local because the parking is terrible. I always try for a park on a weekday 10-3 and can never get a park. Sometimes i come back hours later and it's the same cars there and I never see the car parks being monitored. The other option is parking across the road but its a pain in the ass with a trolley and worse with mobility issues. Click and collect often has delays. Coburg North is much easier.
Fresh produce shelves are empty most of the time. Half of the products are out of stock. Drug addicts are always sitting outside the doors, making it unsafe and unpleasant to enter and exit.nDrug addicts Often asking money and cursing you if you don't have change.nNorth coburg coles is much better. Even though I live close to this coles, I avoid going here.
Service today from Hadi in the deli today was bubbly and friendly. Doesn’t happen enough these days. Thanks Hadi!
Click & Collect is horrible. Extremely slow. Don’t even bother unless you have a few hours to throw in your day. You can shop, cook and eat before they get you your order.
Large, very clean and well organised store. To date, I've found staff at Coles Coburg are warm, welcoming and very helpful. Shelves are stacked perfectly, labels match products and gavevyet to find a product with price info missing happens alot at a couple of other Coles stores I regularly visit.nFor Coles, this is definitely one of the better ones!
