This Coles is in a great location close to Coburg railway station and Route 19 tram on Sydney Road and has great food options. Been there in April 2025 and in my experience, I didn't have any problems in my personal experience. I got snacks and drinks only from that Coles and they taste perfectly fine. The self checkouts work really well and the staff are really friendly. Would highly recommend going to this shopping centre.

Much better since they upgraded the store! I visited on a Saturday mid afternoon and picked up some great markdowns! Staff were friendly when I approached for some assistance. Have self serve checkouts and a self-serve area for this with bigger hauls of groceries. Wouldn't mind a discount for scanning and packing my own groceries

Went in to buy a Coles gift card. Was pointed a choice gift card. After confirming with checkout server Carla that this would work in a Cole’s store I purchased the gift card. Later found out this cannot be used in store and I just wasted $450. No help trying to get a refund for this. Will never use a Coles again

Just ordered online for a delivery and the driver delivered to the wrong address even though I had been waiting outside of my house for 5-10 mins with the front light on and Cole’s refuses to resend the order despite me waiting all day for it to even be processed. At least I’m getting a full refund which is the bare minimal.

This one star is for that funny guy named Aiden and is a red flag for the store manager this guy  is super rude totally unprofessional and cannot be working at Coles under any condition and it's shocking to find someone like this in big brand like Coles.nnFirst he asked do you want me pack it for you ?! Well despite of how dumb that sounds it's part of his job that he is paid for to pack my stuff so there is no point for the question if that makes sense.nnHe started to pack the groceries all in one bag after I told him to put in two bags as it was much and this will results in bag might be broken.and the way he packed  stuff is very unprofessional as he is packing  all over each other without using the correct logical order for safety of items.on top of that asking too many personal questions like what you do for work !!! That's none of your business mate what am doing for work just do your job and be quite nnNever met a team member like that at any of the coles supermarkets and it makes sense why they put him in the last checkout at night time and if I didn't used his row he would continue to keep playing in his nails watching around doing nothing to avoid any contact with customers but if you know he is the wrong person in the wrong place simply let him find another job !!nAlso they have a security guy named Jake he is helpless and useless as he don't do any of his job duties when needed so it's better kick these two OUT for better store reputation if you care !!nnLOL
