not my favourite woolworths in the area but not my least favourite either. no, the bottom spot is always reserved for barkley square. great range and pretty well stocked shelves. probably needs a refurb

Pooja has amazing customer service skills, I went in one day before Christmas and she was absolutely a pleasure and so helpful in such a stressful timenHer aura and her beautiful smile will just calm you when there is literally people everywhere in the silly seasonnnI also got served by Oneeba and she was also such a pleasure to be served by and even with a massive shop that I had just did she was ensuring that everything was packed well and even helped me pack my trolleynnPlease make sure these beautiful Ladies are awarded and uploaded especially because it was a crazy silly season a day before ChristmasnnIt was such a pleasure coming in to Woolworths Coburg And having such a great experience!nThank you again pooja and Oneeba

Yikes, this place has gone monumentally downhill. The staff are incompetent, aggressive and harassing. Also throw in a little false imprisonment nPaid with cash, machine didn't acknowledge... But then recorded it did. The Woolies employee could not understand what I was saying, and it escalated badly due to her behaviour.n1. She apparently deleted the transaction, which Woolies corporate are now investigatingn2. Refusal to provide a receipt for the cash transaction, because the transaction was apparently deletedn3. A lady with 'Devi' on her name badge was stated to be the manager - corporate says she is not the managern4. They tried to take my phone to delete the video I was recording, including of them harassing me. I told them to call police, surprisingly this was not done.nnAll up, not a good experience. Glad I called corporate asap, and submitted a Crimestoppers report.

Never enough staff on checkouts. I don't understand how its busy on a Sunday evening and you don't have a manned checkout open. Had to try to get a trolley full of groceries through a self checkout for the third time in three weeks. Man your damn checkouts. Going to Coles moving forward

I notice the soft plastics bin is always getting contaminated with rubbish or other incompatible recycling. This would make it unusable, which is distressing. It may help to put up a sign to say that it is for soft plastics only. It would also be great to have another bin for rubbish.
