This Coles isn't too bad, it's (mostly) stocked with what you need, although there are things are often stocked that this Coles may not have. This Coles is an old BI-LO (so the decor is pretty old, think early-mid 2000's). It is relatively clean (most of the time) but occasionally it can get a little dirtier at times... The staff are alright, not much to say about that. I would come here only if the other Coles doesn't have stock of a certain product... There is no Self-Serve counters but this store is so quiet, so it really doesn't need them.

. The mainly female staff at IBC are very professional. They are almost faultless in a challenging vocation. All of the residents are treated with respect and courtesy. Although this is not always the case for the staff. Some of the 30 odd residents all aged over 55 can be challenging at times.

this place needs a face lift coles buyed BI LOW out and be came a 2nd coles but its been out of date for years most times its dead need some fresh stock, up the road need pasco there's a new coles with ice cubes keeping the fruit and veg fresh here there's dust keeping it warm
