Wow! I just wanted to take the time and thank the amazing staff member Jane who was so helpful today when I visited Coles. Jane's customer skills and product knowledge was exceptional. Most of all she was so friendly! Thank you Coles and especially Jane at the front!
I do the big shopping every fortnight and like to thank the Asian woman named Jane for always accommodating me to check out section due to having two trolley loads. She makes a great effort to help me , the service is outstanding thank you Jane.
There is always something is missing and empty slotes left unattended. Clearly they are short staffed. The coffee machine at the entrance is a good indicator of how things are managed; one day there is no milk the other day there is no coffee beans, if coffee beans and milk are loaded, there is no paper cup!
You removed the mobile number from the click and collect bays and now that I can’t call you, then you make me wait 20 minutes for my order. Not only that, you tell the app that my click and collect order has been collected, but I’m waiting in the car still for another 20. It feels like you preemptively click that orders are collected so that your time scores/requirements when customers click “I’ve arrived” meet your goals. Poor service.
I would love to give a shout out to the young man who was filling up the bread rolls on Friday afternoon. Was trying to get an almond cappuccino and the machine malfunctioned. This young man tried also and it eventually worked and he paid for my coffee out of his own pocket. He was so kind and seemed like nothing was toonMuch trouble. Great job young man, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name
