In what world does the four star average review and comments about good service actually reflect this store? Walk in to the store and immediately get ignored by staff walking past in spite of clearly having trouble with something. And then we asked out loud for help and once again ignored entirely. Went to the front counter to make a purchase (in spite of our better judgement) and sure enough they decided it was a great idea to serve some random people who had just walked in the door, in spite of waiting there for a couple minutes. Is there no human decency left in this place? Bloody disgusting.

Bought a cookset here which unfortunately was missing some pieces. Took it back and Silo fixed the issue swiftly and professionally, even though they didn't have the exact replacement pieces in stock. Top effort.

Staff were friendly, store had a good range and plenty of stock (as most Anaconda stores do), plenty of parking out the front too.
