After being treated poorly and disrespectfully at Chemist Warehouse up the road in Keilor East, I went to this chemist and was treated like an actual human being. The staff and chemist herself were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Would highly recommend this chemist to anyone, as it was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

PENDING MODERATION I went in for help with jaw and tooth pain from a filling come loose and was told by the woman that she would not give out anything more than ibuprofen and then ignored us completely when we asked for codeine and ibuprofen compound and implied that she wouldn't because she assumed we were heroin users, and kicked myself ad my friend out of the shop. I am completely shocked that someone would be that rude and assuming especially in this industry. I am so insulted.
