The Cheesecake Shop Avondale Heights is absolutely outstanding. This is the fifth time I have purchased a cake, and I am yet to be disappointed. My most recent cake has surprised me, it was absolutely incredible.nnI ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s engagement party, to serve 100 people. The team absolutely exceeded my expectations. Aneta and the lovely girls at the front of store were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The whole process of ordering the cake was stress-free, and they ensured me that their fabulous cake designer Pablo would design the most beautiful cake. Every detail we asked for was provided.nnNot only was it stunningly beautiful, but it tasted incredible and was a massive hit with all of our guests. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend the Cheesecake Shop Avondale Heights for any special occasion.
Genuinely never had such a great experience before when it comes to our cakes. Not only is the service and genuineness of the staff, top tier, but the way they care and craft their cakes is insane! This cake was done based off some inspiration I showed, and it came out exactly as I asked. The manager is so lovely, she even remembers you when you come back and always makes you feel happy walking into the shop. So thankful for this cake!

Not only did The Cheesecake Shop accommodate my last-minute request, but the cake turned out absolutely superb — it looked fantastic and tasted even better.nThe lady who assisted us was so kind and helpful with her suggestions. Her warmth even touched my 10-year-old, who was genuinely moved by her kindness. Needless to say, he and his friends absolutely loved the cake!nThis has become our go-to shop for all our special occasions. They also offer a wonderful variety of vegan cakes, which makes it even easier to cater for everyone in the family. Highly recommended!
Anita and the team at The Cheesecake Shop Avondale Heights were fantastic to work with. I reached out on Melbourne Cup Day with very short notice for a custom cake for a team member’s 20-year service anniversary. Anita was so helpful in guiding the design, showing examples, and asking thoughtful questions to make sure it reflected exactly what we wanted especially helpful since I’m not creative!. The finished cake was stunning and exactly what we envisioned. I would highly recommend them for any custom baking needs - outstanding service and beautiful results.
