Went to Bunnings early this afternoon. Was served by a rude woman. No greeting, no thank you. I was looking for a box for my goods and when I found one I asked for my receipt. She said “I gave it to you”. She hadn’t given it to me, she just placed it with my purchases. These were the only words she spoke. I can’t work out why people with that attitude work in customer service. Working in customer service myself, I know how much of a difference it makes to customers and how easy it is if you are warm and polite. Why Bunnings, why???
We went to the Highpoint store last Sunday and was greeted by a salesperson a lady with pink hair didn’t get her name we were so impressed with her help and friendliness and service that we were so happy with her product knowledge and advice she couldn’t have been more helpful just wanted to say a big thank you for this experience. Well done!!!
A big 5 stars! A great large local store with a variety of items and services which has really improved in customer service over the years, as there was a time instore when staff seemed to avoid customers at all cost. My recent visits have been linked to DIY painting and clothes line purchase and the staff were ever so helpful regarding colour selection and information regarding decking oiling procedure. Highly recommended.
Will not be coming back here. The older lady at the return desk is always very rude and dismissive. It almost seems like she’s unhappy to work there, probably needs some customer service training and support in sorting out her own life. Have reached out to another Bunnings and they were very supportive and helpful. This is not the first experience too.
Love coming here,especially to garden section.Staff are mostly helpful- especially lovely young lady Claudia who on few occasions offered some good advice and tips on how to keep the plants happy and alive ;- she was very polite and knowledgeable! glad to report the plants are still alive and thriving !
