This is so far the WORST and horrible Spotlight I have ever been to. We went there to unlock a security tag and when we went to the cashier, she told us that “it didn’t make sense at all” to have this kind of security tag. Then she went to find the manager, and the manager told us that they wouldn’t be able to do so, and asked us to go to the exact store where we purchased the product from. She also said that this was not their responsibility to unlock it for us and blamed us for realising it this late. We later on called another store and they told us that they should be using the same security tags so there is no way they cant do it for us. What a customer service they are having here? I wish there is zero star I can give for this particular store!

Never have I ever met staff as rude as yours. At 4:50pm on a Sunday, with 10 minutes before the store closes I asked a simple question to a staff member.. "Is there anybody who is experienced with pattern making, who is able to help me get my head around a design that I would like to make" and was met with the response "Ahhhh, there are better times to ask this question.. I can't help you right now" .. I mean .. WHAT THE?! I understand that you have things to do like finish closing up the store.. but I have a job too and I know that finishing at 5 PM means you serve customers until that time. There are plenty of other people in this world who would love to have a job at Spotlight so if you aren't able to help a customer when they have a question, maybe you shouldn't have a job there!

Recently I have visited the High point shopping store and found the staff very helpful. Special mention to Kxxx who has stayed back from her normal work hours to make sure we are able to select the correct Sheer Linen curtain. From now on I will advocate my friends and family member to shop only at High point shopping store.

We went to spotlight to buy sewing machine and also bought one of singer at around 4:30 PM . we came back and tried to use , but it just didn't work. the needle got stuck and refused to come out. It was 5:40PM and the since the store closes at 6:00Pm we just rushed as we live just 5-10 min away from Maribryong store. We reached there well before the store closes and patiently waited for our turn.The store manager( didnt see her name) was extremely rude and unprofessional. she started banging on the table and told us that why did we come at 5:50 PM.Also told us that we do not know how to use sewing machine and she has been in sewing business before spotlight. She kept rolling her eyes over us with insulting hand movements. Customer visit spotlight not only for the products and offers but also for the services.This was just not acceptable and highly insulting.At last she agreed to refund the amount and when we said "Thanks", she said "Don't be". This was the height of her audacity. We seriously owe an apology from her.

Great selection of products at pretty good prices. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
