The store was easy to drive too, with plenty of off street parking and wheelchair access for those that need it.  The salesman Axel was very polite, patient and helpful. We ended up purchasing a king bed and mattress with a mattress protector and the option of a mattress exchange if we don't find our selection comfortable within 90 days - plenty of time for the wife and I to determine suitability.  Highly recommend this store and salesperson.

I would like to give a big thank you to Sleeping Giant Maribyrnong. Apart from the fact they have great mattresses, the customer service is exceptional. We had a specific need with our order and both Axel and Harry handled the issue promptly and with professionalism. Overall excellent experience with the store. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed with Harry, at Maribyrnong outlet. My shopping experience was certainly beyond any expectation. Harry was friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, proactive and most importantly, honest. He helped me choose the right bed frames and mattresses. This was the first time I have had any dealings with sleeping giant and the experience was excellent.Axel served me and he was polite and very helpful. He also happily carried out my print and placed it in the backseat of my car. Thank you for a very positive experience.

Harry was lovely, knowledgeable and helped us to find a mattress that suited our needs.

I don't often give 5 stars but today the service was just that.  Axle went above and beyond to assist us, explaining mattresses and beds. He was not pushy, although he didn't need to as we liked the bed.  His offsider today was really great as well.  Both very friendly and professional.  We would definitely recommend buying a bed from them.

Very poor delivery service. Firstly doesn't deliver on communicated date and can't confirm when it will be delivered. After a long delayed delivery, leaves without assembling although assembly was paid for. Very frustrating experience.

We ordered a king bed frame and mattress from this company. I am giving them 5 stars today as when we where organising delievery we where unaware we had to state that the bed needed to go upstairs. When it got deliveried I was at work in the city and my partner was at home. The delievery people would not take it upstairs or help my partner and we had other furniture coming that day. With a king bed stuck in the hall way it was going to make problems. I call this store and explained my situation, they where extremely helpful and even sent one of the employees to come help my partner get the king size bed frame and matress out of the hall way. Also to note when we brought the product all staff in the shop where very helpful. Would defiantly recommend and happily go back for further bedding when required.
