We went in to look at a washing machine and fridge... walked out with both plus a TV, iron and ironing board. Mohammed was our customer service rep. He was attentive, not at all pushy. Best service in Melbourne! Thank you so much

Been trying to chase up my order which is a few weeks overdue, and they aren't getting back to me. I called up and said I'd get a return call from the salesman. I went in store and since he wasn't there no one wanted to help as it wasn't their sale. They said it'd only take a couple of weeks (from Boxing Day) and it's nearly halfway through February now! Not even a courtesy call.. Then I try calling them at 5:15pm, no one picked up even though they close at 5:30pm.. then next minute it switches to the automatic "piss of we're closed" message. Should've spent 4 grand elsewhere.. Gave them 2 stars as they did give me good prices.. but I've paid in full and no product yet!

I went in to the store to discuss and make some changes to my invoice and as my sales person who originally sold me the items wasn't working and no one else one wanted to help out as it wasn't their sale, I had a terrible experience. I prefer Harvey Normans and have never had this experience there so I won't be shopping at Good Guys again.

The The Good Guys Air Conditioning Sales team has provided atrocious service and is charging me 50% more for installation than the agreed package price. I purchased an air conditioner and installation package 4 weeks ago. The installation was scheduled for Tuesday 12th Dec. When the Good Guys’ contractors turned up they said they wouldn’t install the system because additional requirements were needed. After waiting THREE DAYS and calling FOUR TIMES for a revised quote, they are since claiming I need to pay an additional $1195 ON TOP of the agreed package of $2000. They claim this is because: -I need additional piping -I need a pump to pump the water -I need an upgrade to my switchboard -I have double brick walls The additional piping was alluded to at the point of sale but I was NEVER told by the salesman that my electricity switchboard had to be of a certain safety standard, I was NEVER asked whether I had a double brick building, and I was NEVER told by the salesman that I needed to pay for a pump. Had I known this upfront I would have made arrangements to consult with an electrician. So WHY was this not discussed with me? WHY did the salesman not ask me what sort of switchboard I have? WHY did the salesman not tell me I needed to pay for a pump? WHY did the salesman not tell me that double brick building will be charged more? When I spoke to the Salesman about the additional 50% cost he said the Good Guys wouldn’t be covering it DESPITE having not been transparent with me and telling me what ALL requirements were. I then asked for a refund and was told that I had to pay for their delivery truck to come and collect the unit as it is already at my house. The salesman gave me the Good Guys Concierge number to call to try and resolve this issue but I was on hold for so long that I hung up in frustration. The Good Guys has neglected their duty to provide all information at point of sale and now I’m stuck with a product I can’t install unless I pay an additional $1195, or pay a delivery driver to collect the unit and then go back to the store for a refund. If I can’t even contact the Concierge how am I supposed to resolve this issue!? This is atrocious.
