Worse! I have purchased washer dryer last Friday. I got delivered on Saturday and installed by myself on Sunday. I found the washing machine was leaking while it’ running. Note: retailer was not provide enough information about installation. She asked if I want to get the delivery and unbox service, and she was saying unbox is easy you can do it by yourself then plug in “ sound easy right “? But it wasn’t i couldn’t unbox cause it’s heavy so i asked a friend for helpnnI putted the default product form since Sunday .it said would take 2 business daysn“ no one contact “nnOn Wednesday I called to the Good guysnThey accepted the case and send me case IDnThen they said will get back to be with 48 hours. “ no one contact”nnAgain! Friday evening I called to the phone number provided in Case ID confirmation email. The lady made appointment for Me next Tuesday morning. She said if it was a default product i will pay nothing . But if i installation in the wrong way i have to pay service + labour cost. It would be $200++nnWith the poor service since i stepped in the store is it worth it? Really?nI have been waiting for someone to contact me for a week. Then today i called to the store asked for refund policy while i was complaining the gentlemen who received my call suddenly put me on hold …. “ while i was talking “ so bad and poor servicennI will never ever get back to The Good guys again.
‍nnHaving watched The Good Guys advertisement on YouTube countless times, I was really happy to find this store in Highpoint, not really knowing what to expect. Given the scale of the store, I was low-key expecting to find bedding material like mattress and base, but that's not what they sell.nnOn entering, what stood before us was a huge expsanse of every electronic item imaginable to me. From robot lawn mowers to blendets to Dyson blade-less fan, the place was jam-packed with so many equipment.nnnnInstead of getting lost, we reached out to a staff and enquired about our interest, and he very politely explained what they sold, and what they didn't. Overall it was a great experience, and now we know a good place to buy great appliances from, for kitchen, garden or anything else for that matter. A goid store with good people, just like the name!
The staff were friendly and patient. They helped me find what I was looking for. Great selection of home appliances, including top-of-the-range coffee machines. Located close to major roads, and a sizeable outdoor sign makes it’s very easy to spot. I would recommend visiting this store to anyone looking to purchase electronics and don’t have much knowledge about electronics.
My shopping experience was extremely poor, very bad, entirely negative. I went to buy a Sunbeam coffee machine on the weekend of Black Friday, and I couldn't find any staff when making the purchase. After locating one, he asked me to wait and disappeared. I saw him pretending to be busy, avoiding serving me. Later, I found another staff member, and she helped me find the coffee machine I wanted. Only after opening it at home did I realize it was clearly a returned product. The next day, when I asked for a replacement, they claimed it was a manufacture issue. Do I look like a fool? Different packaging, visibly opened outer packaging, surface damage to the product, and dirty accessories with signs of use—all manufacture issues? After arguing with them, they apologized and agreed to replace it. However, the staff brought a different model, so I chose a refund and left. I really want to say, why can't a well-known company in Australia ensure both service and product quality? As a consumer, I pay for new goods, not returned ones. If you want to sell second-hand or sample products, inform consumers in advance instead of deceiving them like this!
If you want a quality appliance and on time delivery, use anyone BUT The Good Guys.nThe worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. Waited 5 days for a fridge to be delivered and installed and eventually received a damaged fridge after 5 days of phonecalls back and forth, ended up accepting a damaged fridge to never have to deal with the headache of these guys ever again.nThe worst experience and atrocious customer service. If you enjoy wasting money and your time, use them. Disgusting, would give 0 stars if I could.
