Was a bit weary at first as the reviews about this store and delivery were a bit mixed, but the sales guy (I think Matt was his name) made me feel right at home and offered me a good deal. So I ended up buying a queen mattress and a bed frame. Service in the store was great and so was the delivery. Easy process and hassle free, definitely recommending this store.

At first. Loved the customer service and was surprised on the lengths that they will go to for a deal. But the moment we call for a delivery and had the most rude service on the phone ever. "can you stop jumping to conclusions" "I'm not going to argue" "we're going in circles" "no one called so no delivery is booked in". I'm a reasonable person and worked in the sales industry before but wow.... seriously. Trying to support smaller businesses but this is stabbing me in the back. 
So just don't bother

Shopped around for a new king bed and the staff at Highpoint were excellent in explaining everything. We got a great price, it arrived on time  and on delivery the guys assembled everything for me.

WORST customer service EVER from Gary the owner! He is very impatient and stubborn, when I talked to him on the phone about the delivery, he didn't even try to listen to me and just hanged up on me, what kind of customer service is that? Will NEVER do business with him again, and will let people I know NOT go there. YW
