Very disappointed.

I placed a large order for flowers and even printed out images of the flowers/natives I required as was assured that this would be provided. 

During the consultation staff were very friendly and made me feel as if I was going to get what I had ordered… this was not the case.

 I even requested that the leaves be pulled of the stems and had this written this down and was assured this would be done only to arrive and be given pink roses instead of cream with all the leaves still on. On the day of my function it became very stressful having to de-leave all of the roses and have pink flowers instead of cream.

When I approached them they denied that they had done wrong by me and said that the flowers were pink because it is dependent on what they got delivered. 
This unfortunately was never conveyed to me and I was especially disappointed as they are a boutique florist. 
 Then when I approached them about the leaves they said “oh that is extra’ even though it was previously discussed twice and written out on instructions. 

Besides the disappointment the quality of the flowers and natives could not be faulted.

Terrible customer service. Online order was made Monday morning for same day delivery. The flowers were not delivered! I made countless phone calls the following day to follow up what had happened. None of my calls were ever answered. I think there was an answering machine but no company message only a beep. Flowers were eventually received.

I rang to have some flowers delivered to friends and the staff were so lovely and couldn't help me enough.  They suggested various ways of bunching the flowers and which flowers were in stock and what would look good together.  They also delivered as specified.  Thanks! I will be back.
