Friendly and helpful staff which will be happy to point you in the right direction and provide recommendations. However for such a large store there is a really limited stock range and things can be quite pricey.  Worth skipping if you can find what you need elsewhere

Ordered an item at rebel highpoint that I could not get online . Paul the manager was really helpful in ensuring the item was delivered quickly and without any hassle after a bpay payment.

Friday 5th Jan 2018, 3pm. Long haired Red headed shop girl is a joke. Couldn’t handle her basic job of serving a customer, not even a hello as she was too busy talking to another staff member.

Really great service here. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and when we were unsure of what size kneepads to get for a child that wasn't there, they went the extra mile to ensure we had the right fit.
