Worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. The staff that work there might as well not be there at all. Zero help.
Staff were really wonderful and took their time to help me out when a jumper I got had some loose thread. They really put in effort to try and find me the same jumper and when we found out it wasn’t they helped me find a similar one. I actually love the second one I got more than the first. I’d you want good service and great clothing then this is the place to go.
Had great service from the young woman looking after the change rooms last Friday night. Super helpful and honest and just all round friendly!
Staff are really friendly and engaging, cared about what our styles were and what we were looking for. Helped me find everything, my sister and I had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend checking out their stuff. Thanks guys!
Today I went instore in search for an outfit and one of the staff member, Georgia was able to offer her opinion and assist me in finding the perfect jeans ! Great service and will be back again :
The store manager is an obnoxious tool. The other staff members are lovely but I almost walked out after interacting with that f-wit.
Bad customer service from the blonde lady. She needs to cut back on the attitude. No one needs to feel uncomfortable when they shop.
They forced my daughter to try on stuff she had no interest in purchasing. Weird and outdated customer service styles that are forced onto staff by managers. Similar experience at the Northland store too
