I absolutely hate this self check out rubbish. Kids touch one itemnAnd it beeps. Knock the bag and it beeps. Need assistance need assistancennGrrrrrrnnI can’t stand it!!! Avoid if possible! It’s not my job to bag my items! It’s not fair on the girl constantly having to help people either.nnHATE IT!!!!!!
Things don’t change much here after 4 years: super wide stores, all kinds of varieties, hella long line for customer service, items getting chucked up carelessly or made a mess by someone. But staffs are friendly all the time, so that’s a big plus.
Why have a damn phone if you won't answer it? I have never seen anything like coles and kmart. I think they have a Monopoly on idiots because they certainly have mostly, in fact all idiots working for them. You'd have to be? I took back a return and the pimply little manager wanted to give me the sale price back instead of what I paid. Explain to him that that's against the law! Your company is so bad the people who work for you don't give a damn about their jobs let alone helping anybody or selling anything.
I’m told this is the worst performing Kmart in Australia… not hard to see why… some very unhealthy practices taking place in charging rooms in lieu of toilets… and some ladies also entertaining men in lieu of a hotel… shoplifting is very high… not sure what the security staff do apart from checking receipts of the honest customers… the condition of Footscray means it’s best to go to another branch to be honest
Woefully understaffed. Self checkout staff are usually quite rude, but I can imagine they would be a bit nicer if they weren't forced to deal with the locals of footscray without any assistance. Only giving two stars as the security guard/s i have spoken with with over the years have been lovely.
