There's such a wide variety of items—you won't believe it—and the seasonal clothing collections are amazing, too. The store is very well-organized, and you're sure to have a great time shopping at Kmart. Plus, it's centrally located and has plenty of parking for added convenience.
I thought this would be a good Kmart to go to for household item shopping since it’s quite big, but it’s definitely not meant for that. I thought since I had some bigger items I could do a checkout with staff but apparently they couldn’t help me so I had to self service. Of course I couldn’t fit most of my items in the section to weigh them, so a staff member had to scan their code almost every time, which also inconvenienced the other customers at the checkout. And when I finally had to pick everything back up I had to find the receipt for it to be scanned at the front, as if the security guy couldn’t see that I was at my limit with what I was holding. Definitely my most frustrating Kmart experience.
Store is a mess. When asked for items which they had listed in stock they were no where to be found. When final purchase made at check out, the counter was so dirty and full of sticky residue and when asked for assistance I was then placed into a what ever young generation it is now argumentative attitude. Seriously saw corporations wanting us to do their job entirely from stock location, cleaning or face attitude like they’ve never experience good customer service. This generation has no idea of values and now the corporations are run by said generation it’s like it or leave. It’s a seriously sad world to be faced with and the is generation and previous generation wouldn’t know customer service nor satisfaction. KMART LIFT YOUR GAME!
If have one star l will give them. Today l pay for item and the cash it was stuck, then the lady called manager come to fix l think her name is Clair. She took another lady with her l think she is new staff. The manager was training her but this is not a time. I am a customer l have a lot thing to do. I tried to say to them and them act was so rude. Very bad service and if the manager like that . I think she is not a good a manager.
Hi KMART, save money and disconnect your phone lines. It seems the phone cable is connected to a strange device that makes weird noises when people call, and this confuses or scares your employees who are rendered incapable of picking up the receiver. If only your item stock listed on your website was remotely accurate. Useless.
