The staff were all very friendly, it’s definitely gotten a lot more improvements in the last few months. However, the other day there was a tall female employee who had seen her friends and was causing a big scene in front of many customers - including myself. She was yelling, telling a story and was blocking the exit for the store. I felt like the employee was ignoring the social situation she was in, and didn’t seem very professional. All good and well if you see a friend while working, but don’t cause a big scene.

Took 3 people including the store manager an hour to locate ky click and collect. She has to train two people how to process too. That was after all of them claim my order is not there when the courier tracking clear says it has been delivered and signed by store 36 hours ago. I asked how long take them to process after courier delivered the parcel. The manager finally agreed to send someone to go check. Come back says sorry we put into wrong place……they all look very unwilling to help and think I’m the trouble when non of them actually know what’s going on in the store. With that kind of attitude, def not the experience I will choose to have again. So I guess this is the last time I will use them as pick up location or shopping anything there

Things don’t change much here after 4 years: super wide stores, all kinds of varieties, hella long line for customer service, items getting chucked up carelessly or made a mess by someone. But staffs are friendly all the time, so that’s a big plus.

I absolutely hate this self check out rubbish.  Kids touch one itemnAnd it beeps. Knock the bag and it beeps. Need assistance need assistancennGrrrrrrnnI can’t stand it!!! Avoid if possible! It’s not my job to bag my items! It’s not fair on the girl constantly having to help people either.nnHATE IT!!!!!!

The staff at this store are consistently rude. I was confronted by a staff member today  when browsing the cosmetics. I was looking at my phone to find a review on a product and knocked something unbreakable over and it made a small noise, she marched over and aggressively said ‘are you right?’.nI responded that I had dropped something and it had gone under the shelf but I would get it, she marched over and retrieved it, I was holding one of the products which had already been opened likely by another shopper and she said ‘that’s hygiene’ which made absolutely no sense until she said how you have opened it I have to throw it out.  I just said it’s ok I’m going to buy it and she said ok and walked away.nI understand that Footscray Kmart probably deal with a lot of people who don’t do the right thing,  the area is rough, the parking is woeful, people are clearly drug affected.  However, I am getting so tired of the aggressiveness of the staff, it is clear they don’t want to be there, but honestly, taking it out on shoppers who are not doing anything is just low. Perhaps working at Kmart is not their calling!nThis is probably the third time I've had a bad experience here. I usually try to avoid Highpoint, but from now on I will choose to go to Kmart there or at Moonee Ponds, I’ve never had the same issues in these stores.
