I was there shopping as part of boxing day sale and found a pair of shoes on sale. When I got to the cashier, I was told the sale doesn't apply as the pair that I got are 'new stock' and the sale only applies to the 'old stock' which look exactly the same to me (same model same colour) except that the size is smaller/bigger. Customers don't care if they are old stock or new stock, I just find their pricing misleading so be careful. By the way ACCC says if there are multiple prices on the same item then the store has to fix the price display or sell to customer at the lowest price. The store manager eventually sold to me at the sale price but customer service was Bad!

Shop is a mess-and we were instore early in the morning on a day which was fairly quiet. Trying to look at pots and pans but displays didnt match boxes and there was a lack of prices on items throughout the entire store. Also some boxes are marked as a two person lift but alas no trolley so good luck carrying it to your car....one staff member suggested one of the little wheeled baskets--yeah thanks guys

Disgusting! The highpoint store is open from 7am this Boxing Day however I tried to call in from 7:05 till 7:30 for so many times, no one picked up the phone except only once picked up but put aside without answering and I can hear the conversations from a few people over phone. I also called tarneit store around 7:06 after tried a few times for highpoint in the beginning, the staff picked up the phone and helped me look for the particular size of shoes. But because the size I bought from highpoint was a bit bigger, the tarneit store didnot have the right size so I have to keep calling back to highpoint store. So disappointed!

It was crazy busy there due to sale during festive season. I was looking for Smith and Nobel Hudson cutlery set which ran out of the store. An elderly lady employee's service was commentable. She rang other HS stores to find out if it was there despite being so busy. Unfortunately it ran out of other nearby stores as well. She gave me other wise options as well. HS stores highpoint, you can't afford to lose her!!!
