Myer Highpoint

Today I visited Myer Highpoint and was extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Such a pity as it was always a fabulous store for me to pop into to get great service with good quality products. I have been shopping and living in this area for the last 40 years. Note to management, you need to ditch your music in the store. Every floor had 2 to three types of music running. I couldn't think or feel comfortable to shop. All I wanted to do was get out as fast a I could. I complained to some staff and they find it unbearable also. This CANNOT be good for business or well being of staff. I was irritable and staff were; excuse my French but it was SHITHOUSE. FIX THIS PROBLEM If your music is calming and relaxing they will stay LONGER and SPEND more. Also you are so short staffed and everyone passes the buck. A lovely young man whom worked there did try to help me even though it wasn't his department. So thankyou for your help. Unfortunately you don't sell suit bags. Only if you buy a suit I was told. I don't want to shop on line , I like shopping in the store. PLEASE FIX THE MUSIC ISSUE.

Terrible service! Especially the makeup counters - went in to spend money and no one would even look at me. Someone should inform the staff that they work in customer service. Went to Mina instead and would recommend!

How many times doyou have to call Myer Highpoint ... follow the prompts to reach the department you want to speak with ... only to be hung up on!!! Twice !!!.. Lift your game Myer ... service your customers !!!!

My mother had her ID stolen and a Myer credit card opened in her name, couple of thousand was spent in the store. GE money on behalf of Myer sent several threatening phone calls and wanted it all paid, We even went as far as getting a police report but Myer didn't care and just kept on making threatening calls. I paid for my mother as she was getting very stressed and i couldn't deal with seeing her in this state. This is a very greedy company with the same greedy principles as their founding family. And dont believe all the Public relations stunts they do for the community, the only thing that matters to them is MONEY, even if it was gained criminally. Won't be shopping here anymore, and hope it gets DESTROYED when Amazon comes.

Electrical department at highpoint is very well stocked with informative staff, especially a lovely sales assistant called Laura, she knows her brands and stock. Thank you for a great experience. There's not many sales assistants that look after your needs and that are extremely helpful...this lady is! Highly recommend her.
