Have just walked out of this store after having tedious issues with self check out. I was assisted by Kylie who was wonderful. I felt terrible taking up so much of her time but she was just lovely and worked through my issue as quick as possible.

James is the rudest service desk personnel you will ever meet. 0 empathy and compassion towards the customers. He tries to show bad attitude while serving customers. Please avoid him at all costs

While the store is great, this is the only place in the last 20 years or so that security demanded to open up my backpack to see if I have stolen anything.  There won't be a next time for me.

I never cease to be amazed at the range of wonderful products at fantastic prices.  Most staff are lovely and helpful. If I can buy something at Kmart that's where I go!

This kmart does tend to get very busy, staff are very helpful and will assist you in finding some things you may need if they're not stocked on the shelves.
