My wife and I were looking for a new couch for our theater room. After looking at every possible retailer and every configuration of couches possible along with price we narrowed it down to two. We spoke with Leesa at Harvey Norman Maribyrnong and she was amazing, helpful and her service was that good it was the defining factor at getting us over the line. Not only did she go out of her way for us but got it delivered on time, set up and rubbish taken yes at a cost but worth every cent. We are exceptionally happy with the new addition to our house. Thank you Leesa and team would shop here again no problems at all.
nnThis place is as great as it's expensive. That being said, our search for an affordable mattress led us to this store, and we were happy with what was on display, no surprises there. Restrained by our budget, one of the staff Dean really helped us find the one we were looking for. Intially that mattress wasn't on display, but in their warehouse. On requesting he carried the mattress into the shop for us to see. We liked the mattress quality and might end up purchasing it, with delivery charges in the $90 - $99 range. It's an additional expense over an already expensive product, but that's the best option.nnnnThe store is immense! The range of items is unbelievable, but the prices are just too much for us to afford. Nonetheless, we were happy with our options, however limited, and lool forward to getting our item delivered soon!

On Sunday 11th February 2024 my partner and I went to Harvey Norman - Bathroom Tiles - Maribyrnong and met Ricky Peacock and we called up to enquire on an item. Ellla 900 mm Waterproof Vanity, whether they had any in stock and were in agreement to drive up to their store.nnRicky was a good sales person. He was honest. friendly, helpful and well informed on his products. He looked after our needs, gave us his business card and he’d assisted us to find what we required, gave advice and help us retrieve it from the storage factory at the end of the street and loaded it into our car. We appreciated his kind gesture and were happy to meet him as well. Good job. Impressive. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Good job extra careful with the delivery however Harvey Norman forgot all of our electrical appliances.. BB transport were great and recommend them
