Visited Sunshine Store today at Cooking and white Goods department at Sunshine Ballarat Road Vic: 3020. Phil the sale Specialist, was very approachable and transparent. He was patient and knowledgeable. He helped me in my queries. I was assisted and came home satisfied. Well done Phil for helping me out in my queries. He gave all his clients individual time. Harvey Norman flooring team at Sunshine has not been that great. I feel like the communication was bad about when the floor was going to be done I had to make time to call and I feel like my time and life has been put on hold as i had to make arrangements to live somewhere and if it wasn't for my motherinlaw I would have had to take time off work. As for the carpet layers, I would like to say that it is not very professional and has also delayed the laying of the carpet for a couple of days. The carpet was booked to be laid on the 24th of October, and in the end, the job was done on the 29th of October. They didn't even clean up after them selves, and there has been some damage to the freshly painted walls and skurirting boards.nnP.S. I have left some photos of the job after finishing.
Wait time for online pick up took too long. I waited more than half an hour to pick up my order, and they gave me the wrong colour, instead of the product I ordered. They were chatting amongst themselves instead of checking in on customers.
Cannot leave their word purchased a TV and they give us 24 months is warranty less than 12 months we had problem and I called them they said we will contact the manufacture manufacture will contact you and somebody call us they say they will come within one to two days or maximum of three days and take care of it and now it's been more than months and half nobody contact us by called Harvey Norman three to four times the same person who sell the TV to me he said it's only a cheap TV and that's cheap TV this cost me more than two thousand dollars the question is if your crap doesn't come with warranty tell us okay this is the cheap crupt no warranty so disappointing when it comes to warranty I purchase a lot of fridge and TV for my business from them I think it's time to go somewhere else
