When I entered the store, I wasn't approached by staff. While I was browsing they were talking about staff that weren't there, just assuming as the talk was work related. The vibes were not it, seemed a little toxic. I browsed multiple sections and instead of being approached, they continued to discuss the above. Once I was finished, I waited by the counter for a little bit waiting to be acknowledged. The lady was nice and friendly when she spoke to me but I found the experience to be a little disappointing. The stuff I bought was cool though. :

Serviced by Rachael on Friday. Absolutely amazing customer service. Helpful insights to future buys and amazing relay of returns police. Wish more people out there cared as much about a customer service experience as they do. Thanks a bunch Rachael.

Great place to shop. People who works here are very nice and helpful. They are open 7days a week 9am till midnight . Which is very easy on your time schedules. They have big car park, and they have automatic doors. Just in case you can’t open the doors, because you bought too much stuff .

The lady that was working today is a true blessing. I had never been before. Was homeatly nervous and not to sure on things. She made me feel titally comfortable, great advice , very helpful and even had a giggle with her. A true asset to the company and the shoppers

One of the lady's there recommended a vibrater for me to buy for my partner a few days ago. I didn't catch her name but the one she recommended "Did Not Disappoint" !! Haha Thank You.

I have been there three times for delivery and the staffs are very rude and disrespectful to delivery drivers. I think the management should look in to it.

Great staff! They showed me all new things and knew exactly where everything was when I asked! Was fantastic!
