BIG W Sunshine

I went into your Big W store on Thursday Night 22nd February and was very pleasantly greeted by Mandy.Mandy is an asset to your company every time i go in there and she is on the door i always get a great welcome from here. Mandy obviously knows her the store lay out very well as anytime i have asked for something in particular she can always point me in the right direction using left and right turns which helps me a great deal. I have been through Mandy's register when she is operating and i always get the same response from her.very pleasant, always folding my clothes correctly and ALWAYS hands me my bags with a goodbye and Have a nice day greeting. Please forward my Thankyou onto Mandy this would be much appreciated.Thankyou

I went to this store on Tuesday 16th of January 2018 at 1600 hrs. The staff at customer service desk did not know anything about the location of the product, on top of that she was very very very rude, bullied us. And when I told her that she should behave she left the counter as if, she is my mother. I wanted to see her name but she removed her batch for the time being. I should not say this, but she was an Indian lady, I would be happy if Big W takes note of this and trains their staff well. Very disappointed.

One lady serving at checkout ,Monday afternoon. All other BigW ladies pretending to do work and all other checkouts empty. SO LAZY.

Very bad, you have to pay for a cart and they check your bags. Treating everyone like a criminal is not good customer service
