The fact that you can't ring the store to speak to an actual team member is horrible in a customer service way, the website says it has something in stock and then I go into store to gran this item and they don't have it or can't find it. Do better big w you are a big company you should be able to have team members take customer calls for each store.

I placed an online order at the Sunshine store and came to pick it up offline. This was my first time in this store. I bought some Hot Wheels, but your employees had some in their collection, so I couldn't find the styles I wanted in other stores. This store had them, so I chose this store. When I picked them up, they didn't have the styles I wanted, so I returned them. They told me I can't order again next time. Why is that? I can't return the products I purchased? The employees' attitude is also very rubbish.

Could have been better as they didn't have a lot of the lego star wars sets that I wanted.

Since I moved here in sunshine Big W is my go to grab. Pen, paper, pan, clothes XD each thing I got from there. I usually use the app to navigate through stuffs. Besides ai always pre check availability. That's why I was always able to find my needs. And cheers to the team. They were always helpful. Specially their guard. He always greets in a good gesture. Simply that's a huge thumbsup.

Went in early August and there were literally no jumpers in the men’s clothing. To make it worse when I asked if there were any jumpers, I was made to feel like I was stupid for asking. Does Big W realise that Melbourne can get cold well and truly into spring and it’s not uncommon to see people up to November and early December walking around in jumpers.
