Millers

I am a member of Millers, l attempted to use my $5 reward voucher this morning and was told l could not use it due to the promotion they were having today. I rang their Head office who were very friendly and helpful, they emailed me their terms that explained l could use the voucher so long as l was spending more than $15, the item l was trying to purchase was sale price $30 the voucher would make it $25 a top. I took the email back to the store, where the lady promptly showed me another email sent to her this morning and on it in big bold letters it said members were not allowed to use their $5 reward vouchers whilst the promotion was running. The lady also handed me the phone with GINA their regional manager on line waiting to speck to me, she was very patronising, she firmly stated "WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OUR TERMS WHENEVER WE WANT". She was not willing to listen or to discuss how this is contradicting their terms and confusing to customers and members. She didn't care and displayed a serious lack of customer service. I feel for the ladies instore, they have to deal with customers who are confused by these changing terms. No point being a member as the so called rewards are a con, they get all your details so they can bombard you with emails but thats it, as you can't even use your lousy $5 voucers, unless you want to use on a full priced item, that is already serious over priced, $50 for a tshirt/top made in China and the quality is definitely not worth $50. IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICE ITEMS AT WHAT THEY ARE WORTH. No longer a member

Millers are well known for their budget clothing range for women,still able to get bargains

Has new manager. Service is so much better now and store is a much nicer place to shop.
