Came in with the intention to buy a 2 things worth over $400 but the saleperson's full of attitude, unwillingness to communicate, not interested in selling/serving, sluggish, rude and face seems like someone ran away with his money! Sorry I don't usually judge but this salesperson has given me the full package of bad customer service- has no knowledge of the product, only reads from what's on the yellow sticker and price check, which appears to be around $50 cheaper then ticket price. I mean why didn't they change the price? More sales if they did? I didn't feel comfortable or welcome at all. Anyways I further asked him to see another product, perhaps he would be more willing then, but nope. He showed me where it is then just left me hanging there and walked off. The store was not busy at the time and no-one was asking for him so he just went to stand alone doing nothing. Have had better service by another person here, but not my luck this time. Even the security guard greeted me with a smile and "have a good day"- that's the spirit! Ended up buying somewhere else for a bit pricier but we'll worth it because I felt welcomed and confident in the product. On a positive note, will return to this store only if i can't find something anywhere else, not because they are cheaper. Also I'd rather be served an hour later then go to him ever again. I feel bad writing this review but this experience was really the turning point and definatelh not a good role model for my kids to observe. I don't think the salesperson representing the brand well enough with knowledge and positive behavior that can make a person to want to buy rather then turning possible buyers away.

It is small local shopping centre but with all goods available and lot of eatries and a cinema hall also

pathetic  & inefficient customer service ,wouldn't recommend nor go again .

Great and very nice staff there. Even the security guard was very approachable. 
Once you find the right person to talk to, you are well taken care of. Had heaps of help from the staff lady in the camera department. Sorry, I didn't catch you name. Would definitely come back.
