My first and only experience at the Sunshine store was fantastic! Michelle was very personable and showed great expertise when responding to my queries. Despite being the Christmas period, she was in high spirits and incredibly great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this store. Thanks heaps Michelle! Very happy with my purchases!!

Went to the Apple Repair store because Highpoint genius were very rude and told me they couldn't repair my computer for 5 days after I left it with them. Apple referred me here and the staff were very polite and had my MacBook repaired next day! Never need to go to Highpoint genius bar again now! Made a little girl very happy! Can't thank them enough :)

Came here to buy something which they advised me they had on the phone but when i got there they didn't have it. Great selection of products and good prices on things on special offer. Staff were nice and helpful. Would recommend them if you want to be able to browse products and talk to the staff, which I haven't been able to do at other computer stores. Reduced rating as an item I purchased was faulty and I had to drive there once to give it back and then drive there again 2 weeks later to get the refund I should have been given straight away. The 3 round trips for a $90 item is a huge waste of my time.

just had major technical issues with my iPhone software and centre com sunshine was the only place that had appointments available. Rather than waiting another 8 days for an appointment at the other centres. Got served by Edward and honestly a true gentleman sorted out all my issues software and data storage This place is the place for resolutions Well done extremely happy with their service *****

Such a horrific experience, I simply asked for a better price on a headset and got shut down immediately, in the most rude way possible. Customer service was poor, the particular individual was extremely rude and had no time to speak to me. Ive never been to any store In Melbourne and received such poor service. I’m in the HR industry myself and I struggle to understand how that retail assistant got hired in the first place. EVERYONE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, I wanted to ask questions and seek guidance during my purchases. The sales assistant met my questions with snarky, derogatory comments. No one came over and offered to help, and only spoke to me reluctantly when I approached them. JUST stood behind the counter and did nothing. I’ll never go here again. Absolutely worth the drive to the Clayton store, the staff are extremely friendly and gave me such a great deal.
