I buy all my stuff here, all the staff are awesome. I had a minor issue with my pc and the manager fixed it himself in like five minutes, which he didn't have to, he could have made me come back on Monday as it was Saturday. Love this place
Terrible experience. I went in to purchase a CPU cooler which was fine and since I didn't want to risk messing up my build, I opted to have it installed professionally. They couldn't do it on the day of purchase due to it being labour day, that's fine. So I call up the next day and ask when I could pick it up, turns out it's going to be a FIVE BUSINESS DAY timeline just to install a bloody CPU cooler, ONE PART. The attendant had conveniently left out the timeline or I would have taken it to somewhere else.nnDON'T GO HERE FOR PART INSTALLATIONS, just buy your parts and go somewhere else, because that's all they seem to be good for.
I went to buy a monitor for someone else, and I wasn’t sure which was the best option. Luckily, Anthony was keen to help me and showed me a wide range of options whilst be patient as we discussed the options and finally decided on a monitor. I am very happy with the monitor I purchased and also with the friendly service from Anthony who als helped me purchase a monitor arm for my current monitor. Highly recommend centrecom for their wide range of high quality products and excellent service!
hello don't know exactly who to contact but myself and my fiance were in yesterday and i spent i reckon about 30 minutes going back and forth about which cpu i should get the person i was talking to also saved me from buying a new motherboard which i was under the impression that i needed, didn't get the name of him but as we were leaving my fiance had a hypodiabetic having low blood sugars the same bloke ran out of the store and ran back in with a jar full of lollies as the security told everyone to walk in the other way as she was passing out in the entry way. Just have to say thank you so much for the care and attention on the shopping front and then also looking out for my partner. Didn't catch your name as we were in a rush to get her home but thank you so much do not get paid enough as both a person working the front end of a store and as a great guy in general.
For a computer store, Centre Com has just about everything you could need. Unfortunately, my visit wasn't a great experience. The website showed the item I wanted as being in stock, but when I arrived it wasn't available. Even more disappointing was that no alternatives or solutions were offered to make up for the inaccurate stock information.nnThe store was also quite busy with only a few staff on. Having someone dedicated to the shop floor to assist customers would likely improve the experience.nnOverall, my one and only visit was disappointing. That said, I'm willing to accept it may have just been a one-off, so I wouldn't rule them out completely.
