Went to buy a new laptop. First-time customer. This place runs rings around other I.T. retailers. The knowledgeable staff and good service were a welcome relief. They didn't mess me about, and I was able to get the product I wanted in the budget I had set. I won't be going anywhere in future. Highly recommend Centre Com in Sunshine.

Been coming to this place since early 2000s.nnYour gonna have good experiences and bad experiences over the course.nStaff are only human, they can make mistakes and/or have bad days, probably safe to say your not 100% perfect in your profession at all times.nnHowever overall this is one of the best places to get tech equipment from and knowledgeable staff with genuine interest in the industry.nnI have bought 3 full pc systems and only one issue which Centrecom happily fixed as was under warranty.

I see a lot of comments just generally based around returns, people not understanding that they are dealing with tech that gets superseded very quickly and value drops overnight. the 15% restocking fee outside 14 days makes sense to me, and i think it would to people who understand the industry. I went in the other day to purchase an i7, the staff all seem really friendly and attentive.

Lots of friendly staff always available to help you with any questions you might have and can offer some great advice when unsure of what computer part you after. Just note there is a surcharge when you pay by card so bring cash . Only downside is the labels on the shelf don’t match what the product is, they need to improve in this area to make it easier to see how much something costs otherwise you could spend some time looking for the right ticket for the right price.

I had issues with my USB WI FI. I went to CentreCom looking for a plugin to my desktop. Not knowing much about computers, I was approach by Sandeep and recommended a product and explained how simple it was to fit.nHe also looked at my computer specs which was old and even provided his recommendations on what to upgrade next in a few years.nHe gave me his undivided attention!nGreat service.nAnyone who is clueless, I recommend Sandeep.
