Wonderful, personable experience provided by David and his team at Baby Mode Sunshine.    David went above and beyond to ensure that my grandson's car seat was installed correctly and securely.  Would definitely recommend Baby Mode to any expectant parents or grandparents as the choice in baby products today can prove a little daunting as compared to 30 years ago.   Thanks again Baby Mode team for making it so easy!

Second Bub on the way and will happily drive that bit further out to baby mode rather than go to baby bunting purely for their customer service. Nothing is ever too much and not only do they actually help you when you need it, they always go above and beyond to make sure you get the product you need.  They are also a lot more knowledgeable with products than other baby stores.  Even little things like my toddler being difficult while we were trying to shop- the worker, I wish I got his name but he has black hair, told us we were welcome to push her around on the toddler skateboard attached to one of the prams which was a life saver because it kept her occupied for the rest of our shop.  Nina has also served me a few times and is always lovely!

Car seat installation was friendly, helpful and so professional. I’m really happy we came to Baby Mode first time. The store itself is calm, spacious and all team members were helpful, friendly and not pushy for sales. Worth a visit!

Went in today and purchased a maxi cosi XL capsule which was installed by the lovely Guss. Great experience and such friendly staff. Will be back for all my bubs needs! After spending thousands at baby bunting and still treated like garbage.. it’s safe to say I will be back here to baby mode as I was treated like a person and not just a number walking through the door! Purchased a beautiful Boori Oval Cot that came with an oval mattress as part of a package. Cheaper than anywhere else including Baby Bunting. Nina and David were so helpful on the phone.

Highly reccomend their car seat cleaning. My toddler was ill and vommited in her car seat, I was able to bring it in within the hour.  They provided excellent service and a thorough deep clean. The next morning I picked it up it was like a brand new seat.

Baby Mode Sunshine has the BEST customer service. They genuinely go out of their way to attend to your needs and really make a point to provide you personalised service. Big shout out to Ruth who was so kind to assist with me with a travel bag for my Uppababy pram. Not only did she go to the trouble of testing a demo pram to see if it fit in the bag, she also offered to stay back at the store late in case I got stuck in traffic and gave me 15% off without me even asking! When I reached the store and bub was asleep in the car, she so generously offered to stand at my car and keep an eye on bub while her colleagues gave me a quick demo of the bag and processed my sale. Honestly, no need to shop anywhere else. Baby Mode has it all!

Baby Mode by far has been the best shopping experience for me as a new time expectant mother. I've been to other baby stores but no one was as helpful as this store. I was served by Nina and she was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and guided me on what to purchase based on her experience with her grandson. The prices are very affordable compared to other baby stores and they don't push you to buy things you don't need but actually help you on buying things that is needed and also offer advice. I will definitely be back to buy more things. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved shopping here. All the staff members are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time parent, I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. The staff here were extremely generous with their time. They were very helpful with advising me on what items were needs and wants. I would highly recommend Baby Mode to anyone for their baby needs.

I recently took a VERY, VERY soiled car seat to be cleaned before rehoming it. I was thrilled with the result. The seat looked almost like new. Every piece of fabric had been cleaned and every crack and crevice was pristine! I couldn't recommend this service highly enough. The family who'd been using the seat, were going to put it out for hard rubbish collection because of the state it was in, so not only has something been saved from landfill, but a struggling family has an almost new car seat. A definite win win! Thank you Baby Mode.
