Rude staff and horrible service. Purchased medicine for my sick wife and their plastic bag had a hole, I lost half the things purchased just walking to my car. Not to mention when I called to complain the lady who answered the phone started laughing. Plenty of better chemists around

Pharmacy is fine, if slow. Some of the retail staff however, are incredibly rude, slow, and up themselves. Avoid the makeup items. I bought a replacement for a lipstick I originally got from Priceline, however it was of much lower quality at the Chemist Warehouse despite being pretty much exactly the same??? Have no idea why.

Large selection of products at reasonable prices. The one litre, coconut scented, spf sunscreen is amazing and great value at $19.99 (I decant into soap pump packs for overseas trips). I also love some of the 500ml hand and nail creams for $6.99

Talk about over crowded space... Packing boxes of stock all through the isles...
