I'm a kiwi don't shoot nI was really just comparing prices as Australia seems like a great place to live, but cost wise I don't really know if Oz prices are that much different from Unzud. Some things are amazingly cheap compared to NZ and some things are ridiculously expensive compared to NZ.n30 pack of coke is about 22 to 26 bux on special in NZ. But fruit here is mostly cheaper than NZ.
Service is top notch, they care so much about customer benefit, this make me quite emotional. Big W return policy is so good, I bought a water flosser here and used it for 3 months then it broke down, and they allowed me to get my refund. I always visit this place when I go to Highpoint, they deserve much more, wish you best of luck big W.
This Big W is in a high point shopping center, plenty of products available at good prices, and a nice layout.
Currently, there is a big toy sale happening at Big W, and the store is well stocked, laid out easily and is clean. The space is quite big and has a large variety of well-priced manchester, clothing, stationary, books, entertainment, toys, howmeware and electronics. The staff are attentive and friendly and the checkouts are simple.
I had an absolutely horrible experience at this store. Me and my friend were walking around the store with our things we were planning to purchase. We then see a man following us around the store. We try to walk away from him but he ends up approaching us. He asks us if we are going to pay for our items so we ask if he works at the store, as he was not in uniform. He says he works there but when we ask him to show us Id or something to prove it he refuses. We try to walk away from him but he won’t stop following us. We see him through the isles and he’s smiling at us creepily through the isles. We start walking faster at this point as we are obviously scared and he matches our pace and continues to follow us. When we finally find someone who works at the store we ask them if he works there. They tell us that he does and he is security. The workers then proceed to follow us to the checkouts and go through our bags as we leave.nnI am extremely upset about this experience and I think that following two young girls around the store and harrassing them is disgusting. Security is meant to make you feel safer, I do not recommend this store to anyone. Go to Kmart or another big w location if you want to be treated with respect.
