I love this store and can spend hours in there doing laps. It is like a treasure trove and I always find something new not seen on previous laps. Love love love

Beyond words, the way in which the exchange policy was upheld begs much to be desired. After Purchasing the Louise Vuitton: the birth of luxury for $160. It was unpackaged to find it had been dropped on the corner spine of the book, damaging ensured. Damages to the bindings and cover. After short phone call and an in store visit, the unpleasant taste of Condescension and aggression in questioning my overall Integrity was all I was left with. The Damage was said to be my own issue as I should have cheeked before leaving the store after my initial Purchase. Even after it had been gift wrapped. On a side note, the shop uses a number of selling techniques that I found misleading, as the book was sold under the pretence it was 1 of 13 in Australia. After a quick google search I found this was not this case, barre an edition printed in a batch of 18, this in conjunction with a price tag of closer to 50% more than what it is sold in elsewhere ... overall a large shop, with a great range though for future reference I would price check items and inspect for damage as the refund policy is a fierce beast to deal with and not for the faint hearted. The owner has refused to replace the book to date.

Beyond Words !!! When I say to my husband "I'm going to my most favourite store ever", he knows exactly where I am headed - AND comes along. Seriously this store, by far is the BEST store to visit for all your home decor (and gifts); modern, eclectic, parisian, contemporary, vintage, roman, luxe. You name it, this store has it. Dianne and her team are super friendly, the store is warm and welcoming and they also have an interior decorator who can come to your home to help you with ideas. Be warned, there is so much visual stimulation that there is no such thing as a quick visit just for a look see. Needless to say, this store comes highly recommended

Exquisite and much more. This is my favorite store. It has class and beauty. You would be hard done by if you couldn't find anything. The staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful.

Love this place! Fantastic choice of home decor. Hard not to buy. A bit pricey but - well, life is cruel :)
