Amazing store has everything you could possibly imagine! Staff were so friendly and very helpful with the questions I had!

Lovely workers the few times we have visited. They treat you just like a customer should be with no shame or embarrassment and are always helpful in finding the right products to suit you and answer any questions you may have. We had a vibrator that broke and fortunetely was within our one year warranty, no receipt needed as it was put under my account. They respect hygiene which is great to see when they needed the broken product to be passed in of course washed and no fuss exchange for the same product but also given the option of getting a similar product at the price mark we had originally paid for. The exchanged product also comes with another year warranty which is even better and puts us at ease of mind. Couldn't be happier with the workers and business here. Props to the ladies we encountered today and also last year. Management pass on my thanks for me please :

ONLINE ORDER. Very helpful customer service. Placed an online order approx. 0830 and paid for 2 hour rapid delivery. This was unfortunately delayed due to issues with the courier understandably outside of their control. Customer support both online and directly through the Airport West store was very good and they quickly arranged for an alternative courier company and offered a refund of the delivery fee without any request on my end. Still ended up being delivered within 3 hours approx. 1130 which is still amazing service. Highly recommend.

Very rude customer service representative today,I have never seen any speak so rude to anyone,I would suggest not to visit this store , unfortunately I couldn't see her name else I would mention it ,I would want to give negative rating but it's not allowed.

Disgusting, I brought the kids over on the weekend with poor service and low quality products. Staff are ok but does not live up the the family friendly oriented place it once was.

Great store, friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to help with questions. Dont be bashful they have heard it before.

I got what i wanted and the staff were great, we had a laugh and no embarrassing bits.
