Ordered a Mitre saw online for click and collect. Money in the bank, placed the order and got an email almost immediately stating a system decline. No reason apart from try another way to pay. In the mean time the money was taken from my account as a pending transaction. I tried a couple of days later with exactly the same result. I've purchased plenty of things online with no issue. In the meantime I had 2 pending transactions where I can't touch the money until it drops off. Finally after about a week I have my money back. Beware of trying to buy online from them and I'm going to take my business somewhere else.

I bought an Ego lawn mower online and went in to pick it up. Shockingly, the box was huge and it wouldn't fit in my car! Without hesitation, Ryan and Bill chucked it in their van and followed us home with it. We've never had such an amazing service anywhere else before and it made our rainy day better. Kudos to Ryan and Bill. I'll be shopping with Total Tools Tulla moving forward.

The staff welcomed me as I entered. There was a sale as well as free breakfast offered. I have purchased many tools earlier in the year for my nephew and the staff member who served us still remembered me.nPrices are good when you go there in their sale days.

I had Luke serve me this morning and honestly he gave me the best customer service I'd had in years. Really good service and he got the part I needed immediately

To put it simply: There is no service, they don't even keep in stock a simple 32mm holesaw, staff are very relaxed talking on their mobiles and chatting and joking amongst themselves, you get the vibe that your questions are annoying them.  I will never go there again.
