I visited the Total Tools Tullamarine store today to purchase a few tools. As I was paying I decided to use my credits that I had from previous purchases. Unbeknown to me, one had expired a few weeks earlier and wasn’t a small amount. James demonstrated the best customer service I have seen in a long time, not only were they flat out busy, he took the time, was emphatic and said don’t worry about it, I’ll sort it out, and he did. He honoured it and was extremely helpful throughout the process. James I shop at various tool shops but you have definitely won me over with your exceptional service and support. Thank you

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to the good staff at Total tools Tullamarine store and for their great customer service. I visited the store earlier today to pickup my online order. After getting home, I saw some marks not easy to see on the tool and thought that the tool had been used previously and returned, the manual in the box also looked liked it belonged to another product even though it didn't; I only realised this later when I went back into the store and found that the same user manual booklet also contained instructions of their battery charger product. And because the packaging also had signs of use, I assumed likely incorrectly that the tool was not brand new and had been used previously. The staff happily changed the product and gave me another brand new box of the same product. So, it turns out that I was most likely given a new tool but I was misled by some hard-to-see scuff marks and by the user manual which I though belonged to a different product. Thank you for great customer service Total Tools Tullamarine!

What a fantastic store with the best customer service I have ever had.  All the staff there go above and beyond to help from on the phone to the floor where I may add there is staff visable, unlike many other shops.  Well done Total Tools

Had a great experience at Total Tools Tullamarine during the Insider Night event. The store was well organised, and the team was welcoming and ready to help. A big shoutout to Ryan, who really looked after me and made sure I got what I needed. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cared about providing top service. I’ll definitely be shopping with Total Tools Tulla moving forward. Highly recommended!

I came in today to replace stolen tools and the staff were incredibly helpful gathering all the tools I needed and incredibly patient.nWas very much appreciated.
