Waited a good 10 minutes at the second window with zero action happening inside. When I eventually get someone's attention it turns out they've "called the barista" but no one is making our order. Then I have to try and get their attention again to argue to get my money back because apparently the coffee making is not part of their business? Who knows. Was confusing. Just know I wanted a quick coffee on a time crunch and I left empty handed and annoyed.
