Today I have met grumpy 😡 man at 7/11. I was at station around 12:30 pm just wanted to redeem my free coffee and $2 red bull. That grumpy man told me I can not redeem 2 vouchers at same time. I told him yes I can use it and I always do it. The goon customer service agent told me take the free coffee and do not come back. I told him not to be so rude and why he is so grumpy 😡. That man started swearing at me pointing out finger to leave. What a rubbish. I was almost calling police for his aggressive behaviour. I don't know why companies like 7/11 hire this type of goons. I am sure you can check CCTV footage as well.

I went to this store and customer service agent has told me to get a stamp on the voucher or else he wont give me free coffee. I have told the agent to call the seven eleven store which the gave on Nicholson street but he refused. One more grumpy middle aged man working in the store advised not to fight for $1 and he abused me to get out of the store. Infact I have advised them not to abuse and left the coffee and took the voucher back. Also while I was leaving he showed the coffee and dumped in to the bin. Its a BAD ABUSIVE PLACE.
