Horrible experience, i came with my family to eat, we asked twice for everything to be made fresh as we are fasting, we told the girl that was behind the counter at 7.30pm on the 13th of march we can wait. We told her twice. We stood there to make sure everything was fresh and none of it was. Her attitude so careless and rude. We chose to come here and this is the way staff want to treat customers, its not good enough at all. Staff need proper customer service training, seeing all the other bad reviews, i highly reccomend for the store owner or manager to do something about it.nZERO star
I had one of the worst experiences at kfc tullamarine today. I ordered a chicken box, the chicken were soaked in oil. I went back to get them replaced. They did replaced the product, but this time also they were super oily + hard to chew.
The KFC business model is that the eating area will be a messy, untidy and filthy as customers can stand. It WON’T be kept clean unless customers complain - which will provoke eye-rolling resentment from the teenagers running the place.nnThis is a real low. And this isn’t about this specific location, it is about the KFC ethos as a whole, wherever it operates.nnKFC should be told to clean up their act.
So disappointed! I came into the store to make a big catering order, I spoke to the manager and she wrote down my order in her notes on her phone and I paid the full amount of $150 then on the spot. This order was made for the weekend. On the day I came in to pick up the order it was not made, I was told they could find the order that it was miscommunication from the manager. I was distraught as I had an event with 100 people waiting for food. I am so upset with this service. I hope this manager takes accountability for her mistake. I could never organise catering again through this KFC after my event was a disaster because this manager not passing on my order. Not sure if it even left the notes on her phone. I had a receipt as clear proof of this order and when I paid. Overall very disappointed.
Food was perfect but what bet it was the customer service was served by an extremely happy gentleman behind the counter which is a rare sight to see these days and his high energy and excellent customer service put a smile on my face! and btw he had a crazy haircut suited him perfectly
