This has to be the dirtiest and most disgusting KFC I have frequented. The staff all looked like they were not interested in being there. Felt like it would have been difficult for them to crack a smile. Customer service experience is just not there. Re train re train! This store must and should receive a deep, deep clean. PRESSURE WASH EVERYTHING! The outside of this store was cluttered with rubbish everywhere the vegetation was all overgrown AND THE GRIME IS JUST AWRFUL If this store is that dirty and disgusting on the outside I truly am frightened with what it would be like past the counter on the inside. KFC, YOU REALLY NEED TO GET ON TOP OF THIS FRANCHISEE. I would call the health department and get this store looked into. Let them judge. My advice is to give this store in Tullamarine a totally miss!
I am sick of every time I come here usually once a week I get served raw chips. It is a consistent problem this venue has I don’t understand how hard it is to leave them in the oil for 2 minutes longer. like you cannot pull these out of the oil and think they are good. They also half fill them which would be a problem if the chips were cooked properly but when they look like this I don’t mind half the cup being left at kfc
Order a 15 piece feed Box and get NO thighs or Breasts! 15 PIECES OF DRUMSTICKS, RIBS mainly AND WINGS ONLY!! Potatoe and Gravy was also only half full.
I'm a disabled young man that couldn't make to the store today, but a least I can order food. Once my food arrived I was very happy because it came very quick, but once I started to dig in I found a wicked wing that seemed to of been a fried rat. This broke my heart badly since it is my local store. Baadddd aim!!!!
Do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else!nnThis place needs a serious cleaning, it has a sticky floor and is dirty wherever you look. The toilets are icky, the waste bins are overflowing and you will have to clean your table in case you would like to sit, unless you go back to your car and dine on your hood as several people preferred while we were waiting...and if this is what the customer sees, what might the kitchen look like?nFood was very poor, the fries very soft and the nuggets were not coming with even a slight crisp...so not sure if they were even undercooked.nnI wish I would have had a look at the previous reviews, as they give a good idea that this place did not just have a bad day, and I therefore would have stayed away. This place seems to be in serious need of a KFC audit, or even better a health inspector to check on their overall hygiene.
