Walked into rsea Tullamarine to buy a new pair of work boots because my old pair caused a whole heap of blisters upon walking in I was greeted by one of the nicest people I have ever met in a retail store she goes by the name of rosenI told her about my situation and the blistersnShe recommended me to put my feet in hot water and salt and said that it would heal the blisters and it sure didnWas such a nice salesperson and always had a smile on her facenThank you rose for making me feel important and comfortablenOh and I bought a pair of the most comfortable steel blues that 100% won’t cause anyone blistersnMy experience with saleswomen rose was an absolute awesome one

My husband and I had an amazing experience at RSEA Safety today thanks to Rose! We were shopping for some tradie gear with my 20-month-old daughter, which can usually be a bit a handful. Rose was incredibly kind and helpful with our selections, and she even took the time to play with my daughter so we could actually focus on whats needed. It made the whole trip and experience so much easier. Exceptional service! Thank you Rose

I visited RSEA Safety at approximately 12:30 PM on Friday, 8 May 2026, intending to purchase a pair of work boots.nnUpon entering the store, I was not greeted by the staff member present. I spent around 5–10 minutes browsing before finding a couple of pairs I was interested in trying on. After some time, the staff member eventually approached me and said hello, and I responded politely while explaining that I was trying on boots.nnHowever, during our interaction, I felt the staff member came across as rude and unprofessional, particularly when I asked whether the store stocked Steel Blue boots. The overall interaction did not feel welcoming or positive, and as a result, I decided to leave the store without making a purchase.nnI wanted to provide this feedback as the experience was disappointing, and unfortunately it has discouraged me from returning to this location in the future.

The level of customer service and staff friendliness is unacceptable. No matter how nice I tried to be, the lady was aggressive and rude. Try to not get here again.nIt s unbelievable the amount of 1 star reviews here with the same reason.nHey manager, don't you want to do anything for that???
