Customer service is non existent!nI wanted to check if the store physically had an item in stock, not what the web suggested as I have been to other stores that were meant to have them but upon going. no stock.nTried to call the store, any dept as well as customer service, no one would answer the phone. This was around 11:00am and the call was redirecting internally but one one would answer. This is very poor customer service.nI called head office customer service and spoke to someone overseas who looked up there computer and told me that they have them in stock. I asked for them to get someone at the store to confirm physical stock but they couldn’t raise anyone at the store.nIt shouldn’t be that difficult.nI suggest that they take a good look at their staff and train them in the art of good old customer service if they want to stay in business.
If I can give no star i will definitely give that. This afternoon Friday 23rd August 2024 at 02.28 pm and 02.58 pm I have ordered Storage Tub on Wheels, 52L - Anko for click and collect item because I need to use the item for moving house for save time I did click and collect so I can packed while that's in process within 2 hours. I got the confirmation from click and collect that's my order under review I call customer service there and explaining and ask if I can come and show my order details and collect there as I need that for move house and wont live in the same address the next day and she said I can come and collect as they have a problem with the online order click and collect and when I'm arrived there I show my order and confirmation for the click and collect order they said I can't take the item that I already purchased and paid for as I show the store manager Simone my bank transaction that its been charged as show in my account its not pending and the money already gone from my account. She explained that she can't do anything about that and I cannot take the item home even though I already show her all the evident. I can take the item home when I pay that again which is I double pay the item that I want but only get half item. As a big store and well known like target they can't give a bit easy for the customer for just $42 for a business that amount is nothing. Also I explained that I will not live to the address anymore the next day so if the click and collect to allocate to another store they said they will sent the item to the address and I already explained that I won't live there anymore even I call the police for that they still tell me they can't do that to let me take home the item that I already paid for even I tell the store manager I give you my details and can copy my drivers licence id and exchange phone number if that any problem with the payment. As the problem here is not from my side the problem is from their side as mention they said they have a problem with the online systemnClick and collect.nPlease treat ur customer fairly Target. Don't just thinking about making money... Without customer you are nothing. I will never ever again shop there.
Service is rare! Not like Target in the old days. Ask for register service and you would think one had asked for the moon! Lazy attitudes, woke service and profit making by the mile. Becoming a little like Kmart with similar stock.
I ordered online two beautiful plates, when received one broken. Had to return to the shop and they didn't have any similar plates left for an exchange. Although sent an email to the head office I got no answer. Very poor customer service quality thought I had good experience with them in 2020-2022. Tere should be some communication from the customer service to provide some options for the customre rather than ignoring many emails and calls I made. Such a bitter experience with Target. I recommend they be in touch with customers to help them, not just receive the payment and deliver a faulty product which they don't take responsibility for even!!!
I like Target because I like their stretchy pants nice and comfortable. They used to have really good and comfortable pillows. Now, all they have is Kmart brand ,not as comfy .
