Here to share my experience with Kmart tonight on 23rd Dec 2023nnI was waiting for my partner and sister in law to buy some camping stuff, stock was available, no issues, didn't need to speak to service so no commentnnWhilst I was waiting I was attracted to the mess present in every 2nd lane, on averagennNoticed some soap packaging was tornnnNoticed items on the floornnNoticed random items misplacednnIn a nutshell, it wasn't clean and presentable and I don't know if it is because of shoppers or staff or bothnnNot here to blame or point fingers, just pointing out the state of the store at this time and wondering, who caused thisnnIf you are the person who has the talent defined as the ability to regularly repeat an action to make this mess, please do the right thing in the future and dont contribute to the mess

Needed a Kmart in randomly came across this one. A bit later in the day so one of the entrances was closing. The store was quite neat and tidy, well-stocked and staff were around if needed. As usual, got a few random things and made our way to the checkout. The back checkouts are a little trickier to find but it didn’t take too long.

Such great customer service.  I went to print photos and Vicki helped me out and didn't leave me till I was completely finished. She was not only helpful but extremely friendly.  I shopped here three days in a row preparing for a party and all the staff were fantastic!! Now my go to Kmart!

All 5 stars are for CAROLE from the printing department. I would give her 100 if I could.nnI went with mum to print photos of my uncle that passed away yesterday.  We were organising the photo for the wake. It has been a stressful couple of days.  Officeworks were so unhelpful the day before just pushing me to their machine to figure it out on my own.nnCarole was so patient showing us how to use the kiosk.  She held our hand through each step. She was amazing,  kind, attentive,  friendly,  engaging.  I would hire her in any service role anytime.  She's an absolute treasure.  She apologised to the customers in the line for the wait. They were happy being acknowledged.  We were happy being acknowledged.nnIf I want to work with a computer I'll print from home. If I come in toma store I want a human,  preferably with a heart that cares for their customers.  Well this is Carole. She runs that section so beautifully.  I really wish I could do more to acknowledge her. If I needed a service person I know who one person is I'd approach.nnCarole is an asset to this store. Many great team members but today was a difficult one for my family and she made it easier. Small things matter. Kindness matters.  Thank you Carole

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICEnthe staff refuse to work check out register. The stand behind register and then when you approach they walk you over to the self check out and they scan you bar code items and then walk off - this is the only Kmart in Australia where the staff are too busy chatting with their friends and punish customers if they want check out service - do not shop here - its not worth it
