Apple highpoint have lost their mind. I took my iPhone 13pro as it stopped charging with a cable. They took my phone into the back to see what’s wrong with it and they brought it back out and told me they couldn’t identify the fault with the phone. But they told me it would cost $850 to fix it or I can trade it in and buy a new phone. How can you quote me such an absurd amount without even knowing what is wrong with the phone??? What a joke of a company, I said I shouldn’t have to pay a cent to fix it as my phone should last me a reasonable amount of time and should have warranty still under Australian consumer law, I’ve had the phone for about 2.5 years. I was told the warranty is finished and my phone is old now. These guys are crazy… how is 2.5 year phone old. I don’t think it’s reasonable that my phone stops charging in 2.5 years!!!!!! I had to buy a wireless charger and another phone shop quoted me $150 to fix it and was able to tell me the problem right away.
Double standards and pure hypocrisynnI had an appointment for 6 PM for Vision Pro demo and we have delayed by 20 minutes to our appointment and first thing they have said is we need to reschedule the appointment in the interest of scarcity of resources and time, which we gracefully accepted.nnOn another instance we had an appointment at 7 PM and we arrived at 6.30 PM. However we made to wait for someone to attend till 7.30 PM. Apple Highpoint should address the long waiting times when we got our appointments. People have their lives and other interests as well other than Apple life.
Pretty average. Bought an iPhone 14 Pro and have had issues with it since I purchased it. They attempted to “repair” it. I have been on the phone several times on hold and transferred for an hour and half just to get back to the person I spoke to originally. Who still couldn’t help me. After a year of reporting the issue and chasing it up it still haven’t been resolved and have been told they don’t know and I am out of options. I have sworn to never purchase any Apple product ever again and will endeavour to encourage every single other person I know to avoid Apple and the consistently decreasing reliability.nApple =
I had an extremely terrible service experience at the official Apple Store in Highpoint Melbourne. I originally went to repair my iPad's screen issues, but the repair cost was AUD 800, while a new iPad was only AUD 1800. After the store employee assured me that all my data could be fully transferred, I decided to purchase a new iPad and made the payment.nHowever, after that, no one helped me transfer my data as promised. I tried to do it myself but got stuck on a page. When a staff member noticed, they rudely blamed me for operating incorrectly and had me repeat the same process, then told me it was because my old iPad's system was not updated. Updating the system took almost an hour, and the staff member showed great impatience, even accusing me of being careless and thinking I would damage the equipment.nWhen I clearly stated that I wanted to ensure the data transfer was successful before leaving, the female staff member threatened to call the manager to kick me out. Eventually, after expressing my anger, two other staff members finally addressed my issue, but they suggested I purchase iCloud storage and handle the transfer myself at home. This completely contradicted their initial promise.nI wasted an entire day at the Highpoint Apple Store, and it took more than half an hour to finally get a refund process done. The money I paid just a few hours earlier would take seven days to be returned. During this time, I lost my money for seven days, incurred additional transportation costs, and unnecessarily purchased iCloud storage. My old iPad remains unfixed. I had a really really really bad day.nn!!!Throughout the process, the female staff member with tattoos on arms treated non-white customers very rudely and prioritized serving white customers, which was deeply disappointing!!!!nnThis was the worst shopping experience of my life. I hope everyone avoids shopping at the Highpoint Apple Store.
A booking time should be a booking time. Don't make me book and then expect me to continue to wait around 30+ min past the booking time, what are you a doctor's office? It's hilarious to see some staff idling when you're waiting around for an appointment that is 30 minutes past a time that they agreed to.
