Went in to just browse and take a look at the latest phones. Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Offered to explain all the benefits and features of the phones over the others they had to really allow me to determine which would best suit my needs. Sadly the place just wasn't that busy, and the helpful staff seemed a little too eager to be selling. Not a bad thing, but sometimes you just want to play around with the phone and not have people hovering over you.
My s21 9 months old, had small crack on screen and started flashing white light on continuously. Screen inside perfectly good. The problem is only it's flashing and I cant use it all. As usually they customer care told me that it won't cover when damage happens. I agree with them and I am not denying it. When screen had a small crack it's has to work right. For every small crack we can't change screen which is cost of $450. Customer care agreed with but she can't do any thing... This single star goes to sumsung company for looting customers.. Shame on the company that a 1300$ phone screen can't win on a wooden floor.
Poor, unprofessional and unfriendly service. The senior management needs to seriously intervene and retrain the staff and the shop mangers. Also, the shop looks poor quality, small and worn down, compared to the Apple shop upstairs. This is sad because I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years and years and years. This is not what loyal Samsung customers deserve. This is not how you keep people/customers happy and loyal.
I have owned several samsungs since the s7 edge, and upon using the s22 ultra noticed some very obvious reception and call qyality issues. Upon comeing to this conclusion i took my s22 ultra in to the samsung store and on the 1st occasion was served by the storr supervisor Sam, who after running Galaxy Diagnostics on my devices very quickly advised me that the phone failed to communicate with the samsung network and is showing signs that it may need a new mainboard. He advised to back up my data and comr back and it would get sorted out. After a couple weeks i organised myself a spare phone that i could clone all my data onto and returned back go store with my s22 ultra, uoon arrival Sam was not in so i had to re-explain everything again and the phone was run through galaxy diagnostics again and came up with the same results. The customer sevrice rep at the store advised that it may need a mainboard as well and the phone was sent off. The repair center has now contacted me advising they cannot replicate the errors and will not repair my phone. I didnt walk in and advise i want a new mainboard their own employees on 2 occasions advised this and this does not nulify my lived experience with the device haveing sub par coverage for a flagship phone model. I have had countless phone calls advising of the issues with the phone to be dismissed and pushed along. I am a long time samsung user and normally a big advocate but this has been a horrible modern experience here at Samsung and they have really dropped their customer service quality in recent times. Still awaiting a resolution still no call back.
I have to agree with Luke. Unless you're buying a phone, the staff aren't interested in helping customers. I was in Melb on a short holiday & needed tech support on my new phone. It only rings twice & some calls go straight to msg without ringing. Very frustrating. They wanted to send it away which was no good for me as I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I called the store # next time I was in Melb to make a tech appt & was put through o/seas. I won't be buying another Samsung.
Terrible service. Staff are only interested in selling phones, not providing support when the new phone doesn't work. My brand new phone was faulty, and they tried to tell me it wasn't the phone. When it clearly was, they wouldn't accept the return, said I would have to phone up the Samsung company & they would tell me how to return it. I've always loved Samsung products - no more. The quality of the product has dropped, and the service is non-existant.
I purchased a Samsung tv through Harvey Norman in August 2022 it was delivered and noticed it was damaged, so I called Harvey Norman about the damage but it was a manufacturer issue through Samsung. Then I called Samsung about it and they sent 3 technicians out to try and fix it but couldn’t be fixed so requested a replacement tv they said yes for a replacement and I am still waiting for the replacement tv after 3 and half months and still haven’t got it delivered which is absolutely unacceptable and haven’t got reasons for it, so good luck to anyone with a damaged Samsung product and they need to replace it be prepared to wait over 3 months. I will never be going through Samsung with anything ever again absolutely terrible service they really don’t care about costumer service.
Had a warranty issue with my phone. Went in and spoke to Dion. Normally you need to make an appointment but Dion rushed me through. Great customer service.
Poor warranty service!!!! Dropped off a zfold for a screen replacement and was hit with a $285 repair for the rear glass panel because they cant reuse it to get to their scren repair... If the screen wasnt broken l wouldnt need to pay for it.. Manager said he understood my logic did not care
*Got insulted in store* I went to the Samsung Store at Highpoint 2 days ago. I had an appointment booked regarding a touchscreen malfunction for a less than 1 year old Z Flip mobile phone still under warranty, condition normal use I was incorrectly informed by a gentleman named Maisun that my warranty was void due to the phone showing signs of usage- which thankfully got rectified by the Samsung HQ and they agreed without troubles that the phone will be repaired under warranty. In addition he tried to make me feel embarrassed and felt the need to tell me that he was upset and couldn't understand that I entered the store with the expectation that my device would be repaired at no cost and I shouldn't have this kind of attitude. This was my first experience as Samsung customer after switching from Apple with which I was a happy customer for 15 years I only changed because I loved the idea of the Flip phone If it wasn't for the lovely lady from the Sydney Head office who was helpful, understanding and professional, I would have turned my back to SAMSUNG straight away. Don't make customers jump through all those hoops and treat them like their demands are obnoxious. At Apple you go in, they make a 10 minute Assessment, and within 20 minutes you walk out with a repaired or usually replaced device- simple & easy. They deal with the scrutinizing behind curtains, not trying to argue with the customer. Thank you to Head office and hopefully I won't have to deal with the store ever again.
