First order - 3D Printer Gear offer "Express Post" on the website, which to WA means air which means I would get it within a day or two, however they instead use Fastway Couriers which is surface and is a week to WA. (They did provide a $12 refund). Second order - the E3D V6 Volcano upgrade kit is shown on both their website and the E3D website as having a 40w heat element (red leads) but arrived with a 30W heat element (blue leads). This is not an upgrade, the standard E3D V6 already has a 30W element. When queried they said that's how they get them from E3D. Sorry, I'm now looking elsewhere for suppliers.

They delivered the software (in the end) but they were too slow, with poor or little communication... I had to chase them up several times, not just one or two. I think they're lucky to get 3 stars, not one or two — mainly because they did deliver the product (eventually). Even though I got the software, overall not that happy as I had to wait almost 3 weeks for them to send me a download link + license key!

No contact 6 weeks after receiving 17.5k of my money only to be spoken to rudely and called a fraud. Requested a refund (which was also not followed up) and only after another call, one week later, were we able to resolve the issue. Not sure how this business has lasted so long, but beware to the new buyer, they may just pocket your money until you investigate personally.
