As a business owner. I have had many dealings with the team. Morgan, was one of my first contacts and then moved over to Alex. I have had an issue which was looked at straight away. Dealt with in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the item was deemed to have a minor fault and was replaced straight away. Even delivered to site for me. Having a company such as C.R. Kennedy and their highly talented team backing me the entire way. Has allowed me to continue delivering high quality work to my clients. I haven't had to worry about not having something as the team have always backed me and delivered on time. Even simple issues I created due to my lack of knowledge was fixed with their tech support team while onsite in a few minutes. Note, Victoria has two zones, 55 & 54. Haha. This quality of service and after sales service with their products is why I support them. You can not get this level of support anywhere else. Things happen occasionally and can always be resolved. Thanks for the continued support.

I’ve bought imaging tech off them since 2011 and whenever I’ve needed equipment serviced or other after sales support they’ve been great. Update: Recent visit was helped out by Rob to source a part for an older damaged camera, he provided amazing customer service.
I been dealing with Rob. He and the team were fantastic! I needed my lens to be fixed. They have done an amazing job and were so quick with it! Rob was extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you for the amazing service!
