Readily price matched. Unfortunately staff member was new and not in her area so her knowledge was very limited, however she was very helpful and personable. A pleasure to deal with. If they had someone with the knowledge required it would have been the full 5 stars

Middle-aged balding cashier flat-out lied about their sales policy while I was shopping today. Online team corrected the mistake but not worth dealing with a dodgy business. Security guard was pleasant, but it's a shame that there's no available staff to help and security guard helps with products. Sad to see how far JB have dropped the ball.

Great store with great range. Just that they need more staff maybe, sometimes im just waiting around for ages and sometimes when i do finally get a staff they rush through everything cuz they have a backlog of work. Not blaming the staff but just the lack of them.

First time I've ever had a bad experience shopping at a JB hi-fi. The behind the counter assistant was both rude and unhelpful.  When asked if they could price match the price on JBs corporate site, which another staff member told us was possible, they started no.  And when asked about instead performing an online order, their dismissive reply could be interpreted as "not my problem, go away".

TV staff were unhelpful when I needed to purchase a TV. Despite having a particular Hisense TV in mind, the sales staff member insisted I buy the TCL that his mother in law had. When I needed to return the TV, 3 staff were available to accuse me of “buyers remorse” instead of accepting that I’d been sold something that didn’t meet my explicit needs. Ended up next door at The Good Guys, getting the TV I wanted for a WAYYY better price. JB was once a superior customer service experience but many recent experiences prove otherwise.

Good parking, large range of items including white goods, household appliances, vacumns plus all the usual JB HiFi range. Many items like speakers, headphones etc are operational and it's easy to try them out and compare models, features etc. Quite a few staff when I visited on a weekday, and store wasn't real busy so it was easy to get help. Definitely worth comparing prices, they are OK with haggling and price matching. I always feel like I got a bargain when I shop here.

Big store and helpful staff. It's just like all the other JBs really.

Great friendly team, store was very tidy, and a great range of products and accessories.

Came in the check out the iPads, which were not powered on. Asked to see if they could be turned on and was informed they were out of battery power, but trust that the displays are bright. Hmmmm... would you pay more than a thousand dollars for a product you can't even try out in store?
