Staff are not at all helpful especially once the product is sold.My laptop died within 6 months and they are not willing to lookup for details in their system ..They asked for the exact date of purchase to track the details.Not sure how many of us remember that .Why dont they send email receipts or upgrade their database software or CRM.They don't have any other way to track not even card number,serial number ,phone number , custonmer name..really?????? .Not sure if this behaviour was intentional to not do anything about the issue.Also the prices are generally higher compared to other places..I will think twice before buying anything from here as I didn't have a good experience so far on multiple occasions..Will have to get it fixed locally even though it's in warranty period..

Since their main competitors shut down they are understaffed and overpriced. 3 staff at the counter 1 customer support on the floor, nice big F U to customers

They treat law abiding, ordinary customers ....like thieves! Can't even walk out of their shop with purchases and the receipt in the bag! Pathetic security person, harassing customers for what? Oh to put a stamp .......ON MY RECEIPT? For property I paid for! .........Never will I or my friends give JB HIFI one more cent.......

The worst JB store I've ever come across. Not once but on every occasion I go there. There is simply not enough staff to accommodate the amount of customers in highpoint and today was the day I realised that enough is enough. Not only did I wait half an hour for someone to serve me but when I finally thought I was going to be served the employee goes on to serve someone else. The thing is he told me he would serve me next. I confront him about it and then says 'another guy was serving you'. I wouldn't be asking for his assistance if someone was with me already? Simply appalling and I walked out very disappointed because I had been waiting for way too long already. Went across to JB Hi Fi HOME across the road at rosamond road. Much better service so of course I gave them the sale instead. They agreed with me with how bad the service was at highpoint.
