My partner and I just recently purchased a LG top loader washing machine. The lady who served us was very professional and helpful.nnThe 2 men that delivered our washing machine today were able to collect our old washing machine, however didn’t help to connect the new machine and told us it wont fit and were in a hurry to leave.  The hose was too small and wouldn’t reach the tap and the delivery men wouldn’t bring back our old hose.nnI called the store and spoke to a lovely manager named James who was very kind and was able to give us a full refund for the delivery fee and we were able to get an extender hose.nnMachine works great!!!!!

The staff and customer service are very good here. Eklavya is a very helpful & friendly guy. He helped me buy what I needed at the best price.

Well done to the staff at JB Essendon fields.  Just witnessed a customer having a medical episode, staff response was swift, calm and respectful. Whilst the customer was being attended to, two other staff came forward with a blanket to shield the customer from prying eyes. I received great customer service and applaud the genuine nature and decency of the staff here. Again, well done.

Well done to the staff and Manager Johnny . I visited the store first time to buy robotic vaccum , the service provided to me was amazing , respectful, even after their closing time they were dealing with me in a very nice and calm manner. Thank you so much Johnny and your amazing staff. Must visit jb hi fi Essendon . Well definitely give them 5 stars

Staff members seemed to be more motivated   at chatting with other staff than assisting customers. Oops potential customer as I eventually just walked out.nnNot good service at all.
