Service is to be desired. Do you have to beg the staff to get any assistance? They are willing to chat to each other bur to the clients. Come on, sharpen your act managers.

Had a faulty phone and took it to JB DFO. They were super helpful and knew their consumer law obligations. Really happy with the service provided.

Everytime i come here it's an absolute battle to actually buy anything. Clearly dont want my money, have walked out the last 2 times after waiting 20 mins with multiple calls from the front counter

Worst Customer care ... I have to wait for 30 mins to get attended and the store was not that busy as well... The person who came to attend  was not very eager to explain about the product....  Bad experience... Even over the call not very customer friendly for clarifications.... Will try to avoid shopping in JbHiFi
