Josh JP was the ONLY staff member to take the time of day to figure out why all the prior office work stores were printing each successive print of passport photos with ever increasing shades of blue. Before us he patiently helped an old timer print ONE picture from his phone. JP is a CREDIT to CUSTOMER SERVICE & the store needs to promote him & have him train the nearest stores.nnAnd a MASSIVE shout out to KIM the TL/Manager who facilitated connecting us with JP, & who organised follow up passport photos a week later. Both of them were profoundly helpful, & deserve MORE!!! PROMOTE THEM BOTH.
I am still yet to have good customer service in this store. Whilst I was assisted when I sought advice on buying a printer, no one was readily available to help. I had 3 small children with me and the staff member didn't even ask me if I needed assistance carrying a huge box and pushing a pram. I actually had another customer offer his help.
I would like to acknowledge the service I received from Bianca at the Airport West store. I wanted to purchase a sit stand desk converter that was too heavy for me to carry. As there were no men around to help she took it upon herself to get a trolley, wheel it to the register & not only took it to my car but also put it in my car. Customer service in retail like that is few and far between. Thank you again Bianca.

We met a great staff Luke in the store gave us great advice on buying noice cancellation headphones as I wanted to use it with inflight entertainment. Thanks for the great customer service
