Mum bought a lounge suite from here, Josie was very good in assisting, and allowing time for mum to decide on which suite she was happy with. Delivered 2 days later, delivery guys were good, put the  furniture together. 
Did not like the delivery fee which I thought was over the top, and did not like the fact that they do not remove the packaging, but we were told this at purchase.

One of the armchairs had a fault in it, took pics and contacted the store immediately. Staff at store were helpful and arranged a replacement of the armchair which was delivered today (even thought it was delivered dusty which was disappointing)

The reason they lost a star is because the communication during the exchange process of the damaged piece and getting the new piece left a bit to be desired. There was a bit of 'he will get back to you, I'm waiting for them to email me ' etc etc, but it was I who had to chase up with them. 

Overall, mum is happy with her purchase, and they were quick in getting the replacement piece.

We have just bought a new sofa from Focus On at DFO, Essendon.  Josie was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. Thanks Josie

Bought a couch just over three months ago. The couch has a significant creak and a servicer came over and explained the frame was coming apart internally. No option to replace despite it being such a new couch the only option for them is to repair, AND the repair will take up to two weeks. Save your time, energy and money and get a couch that isn't from them.
