Please donot fall for their good looking furniture. They sold us Termites infected furniture also couple of furniture was damaged and we have wrote a heaps of emails already. They are just trying to ignore us instead of replacing and providing a new one.nThe quality of the wood is very poor.nAlso I am gonna report this soon to consumers affairs victoria as selling termites infected wood is illegal and my whole house can damage.

The showroom looks stunning with very elegant designs. Most of the items are available, and I had my items delivered in 10 days. Tshring was very professional and helpful

Never buy from this company again, such rip off, send faulty product with missing parts we noticed as soon as the paid delivery guy opened up the package also wrong color, full of excuses said the lighting results different color, load of bullshit. I was not informed by the seller the color could be so much different from I saw in the display room in Essendon store. I have taken the photo from the display room when I was in store, see the photos I have attached!! Can you call this is a BIT variation? refuse refund, promise to repair but never send the technician to fix it.wouldnt you call this FRAUD!? Stay away from this place!!! The below reply didn't explain the faulty product part, did it?

OASIS CHAIR REVIEW:nI am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service provided by Koala Living. Once you have the product there really is no after-care service. I bought two Oasis chairs a few years ago for a room in our house which we rarely use. One of our guests accidentally dropped a tiny bit of water size of a 10c coin on one of our chairs. It dried up so horribly due to the dye that's used on the covers. After a few days we decided to take the cover off and wash separately in the washing machine on a cold gentle cycle no detergent or stain remover was used!. This made the seat cover even worse!!! All the dye has leaked and left horrible stains everywhere. We are so disappointed in the terrible quality of these covers. We have emailed Koala Living numerous times to purchase a new cushion or seat cover and they said they cannot assist in this. Apparently this chair is not being produced anymore, but they'll continue to sell it as they have stock in their warehouse. Just avoid buying any furniture from this place. It's cheap and terrible quality and they couldn't care less!
